Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject "Account Removal". This email must be sent from the email address associated with your ship.com account. For security reasons, we cannot remove an account that is not associated with the address the email originates from. Please allow 3 business days for the process to be complete. We will respond to the email when your account has been completely removed.
